With registered capital of 20 million yuan, it is a comprehensive mining company integrating non-ferrous metal resource mining, processing, and sales. Its primary mineral products include lead concentrate and zinc concentrate. As of the end of 2024, the company's total assets amounted to approximately 700 million yuan, with main operating revenue reaching around 385 million yuan. From 2018 to 2024, it cumulatively generated taxes totaling about 200 million yuan.

Bohai Mining holds two mining rights for the "Chahar Right Front Banner Liqingdi Silver-Lead-Zinc Polymetallic Mine" and the "Chahar Right Front Banner Bohai Mining Huayin Lead-Zinc Mine" along with one exploration right for "Deep Prospecting Below 1,342m Elevation at Huayin Lead-Zinc Mine". The mining area boasts abundant deposits of silver, lead, zinc, gold, and sulfur, with high-grade primary ore elements and valuable associated minerals. The average grades of lead + zinc reach 9.5%, while silver exceeds 100 grams per ton. As of early 2025, the company's proven reserves total approximately 3.4577 million tons, including 154,100 tons of lead metal and 85,100 tons of zinc metal. Bohai Mining also holds a 300,000-ton mining permit for the Liqingdi Silver-Lead-Zinc Mine, a 30,000-ton mining permit for the Huayin Lead-Zinc Mine, and operates a 150,000-ton-capacity processing plant.
