Tibet Shengkai Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tibet Shengkai") and Saixi Industrial Co., Ltd. of Chamdo Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region (hereinafter referred to as "Saixi Industrial") are both registered in Chamdo City, Tibet Autonomous Region. Their main business involves the development of lead-zinc-copper-antimony mineral products.
Tibet Shengkai and Saixi Industrial respectively hold the exploration rights for the Lannuo Zinc Mine in Karuo District, Chamdo City and Lead-Zinc Orebody No. 1 in Cuona Mining Area, Baxoi County. Both mines are located in the "Sanjiang Polymetallic Metallogenic Belt", characterized by favorable mineralization conditions and significant exploration potential. They are both listed as key projects under the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Mineral Resources Development in Tibet Autonomous Region.
Lannuo Zinc Mine currently has proven ore reserves of 6.2998 million tons, with a total zinc-lead-antimony metal content of 423,500 tons and an average comprehensive ore grade of 8.71%, including 50,688 tons of antimony at an average grade of 2.80%, reaching medium-scale status. Meanwhile, Lead-Zinc Orebody No. 1 in Cuona Mining Area has proven reserves of 6.8284 million tons, containing 426,300 tons of lead-zinc metals at an average grade of 6.12%, along with 315.8 tons of silver at 46.25 g/t, also qualifying as a medium-scale mine.
