Maerkang Jinxin Mining Co., Ltd., located in Dangba Township, Maerkang City, Aba Tibetan-Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, was established in 2002 with registered capital of 118.788 million yuan. The company specializes in exploration and mining of spodumene lithium ore. The lithium deposit boasts abundant resources, significant development potential, and high ore grade, with total spodumene lithium resources exceeding 100 million tons—nationally leading reserves—making it a high-quality large-scale lithium deposit in China.
Jinxin Mining owns the Dangba spodumene lithium mine in Maerkang, Aba Prefecture—Sichuan's first granitic pegmatite lithium deposit with lithium oxide resources exceeding 1 million tons and the largest such deposit by proven reserves in Asia. As of December 2024, the mine passed the mineral resource reserves review and record-filing by China's Ministry of Natural Resources, with cumulative proven ore reserves of 84.255 million tons, 1.12 million tons of lithium oxide (Li₂O) at an average grade of 1.33%.
In 2022, Guocheng Group strategically restructured through market-oriented and law-based approaches, injecting over 7 billion yuan in capital to increase its investment in Aba Prefecture's Malakang Jinxin Mining. This move also involved the reorganization of its parent company, Fujian Zhonghe Co., Ltd.
By 2026, achieve a mining capacity of 1 million tons per year, and complete the construction of a 5 million tons per annum mining and processing project by the end of 2027.
