Sichuan Guocheng Lithium Co., Ltd.‌ (hereinafter referred to as "Guocheng Lithium") was established in February 2023 in the Deyang-Aba Ecological Economic Industrial Park in Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, with registered capital of RMB 1 billion. As a key entity for Guocheng Group's strategic layout to deepen and optimize its "mineral-chemical integration" approach, it serves as the primary platform for developing the Group's "lithium ore-lithium salt-new energy materials" industrial segment. Guocheng Lithium is fully responsible for advancing, implementing, and operating the Group's planned annual 200,000-ton basic lithium salt production project in the Sichuan D-A Industrial Park.

‌Guocheng Lithium's 200,000-ton annual lithium salt project‌ is being implemented in accordance with the principles of "overall planning, phased construction, production-driven investment, and investment-driven growth." The project will be carried out in three phases: Phase I (60,000 tons/year), Phase II (90,000 tons/year), and Phase III (50,000 tons/year).Phase I involves an investment of over RMB 2 billion to establish a ‌60,000-ton/year battery-grade lithium carbonate production line‌, with full construction commencing in ‌February 2025‌, commissioning in ‌December 2025‌, and planned operation by ‌March 2026‌.Phases II and III will strategically expand into ‌lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, lithium chloride, and metallic lithium‌ based on industry trends and technological advancements, ensuring the project maintains its ‌industry-leading competitive edge‌.

The project aims to achieve ‌"digitalization, intelligence, and internationalization"‌, with production lines designed to ‌rival industry leaders‌. Its products target ‌premium domestic and international customers‌, striving to become a ‌"top-tier lithium battery new energy material supply base"‌ with ‌"superior quality, efficiency, and comprehensive profitability"‌ and ‌"China's largest single-site lithium salt production facility"‌.
