Guocheng Titanium Industry (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. was established on December 14, 2016, with a registered capital of 900 million RMB. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guocheng Mining Co., Ltd. (stock code:000688), located in Qingshan Industrial Park, Urad Rear Banner, Inner Mongolia. The project covers an area of 1047.14 acres, with an estimated total investment of 2.983 billion yuan.

Mainly using the tailings pyrite ore of Inner Mongolia Dongshengmiao Mining Company's lead-zinc beneficiation plant, a subsidiary of GuochengMining, as the main raw material, sulfuric acid is produced and by-productron concentrate powder is produced. Sulfuric acid is used for the production of rutile titanium dioxide, and sufuric acid waste heat recovery by-product steam is used for heating in the production process of titanium dioxide, forming a unique "sulfur titanium iron co-production" circular economy industrial chain. After the project reaches its production capacity, it can produce 1 million tons/year of industrial sulfuric acid, 1.1 million tons/year of iron concentrate powder, and 200000 tons/year of rutile titanium dioxide.

Based on its own mineral resource advantages, the circular economy industry chain technology system of "sulfur titanium iron"is grafted together, and the annual production capacity of 20o00 tons of sulfuric acid titanium dioxide production equipment is builtin one go, which is the largest scale in the world.
